I like these. So poetry's not your thing? Could have fooled me.

I like the structure of "Silence." The word itself used at the beggining of each stanza kind of encases it, gives it kind of a reinforced feeling of walls with the echoing hollowness in between.

"The Tomb" has kind of the same quality with the descriptions telling a story of this horrible situation and painting a vivid picture of what is going on here. Reminds me of a "Silent Hill" game only without the zombies.

The descriptions and moods were vivid and the rhythm was effective to reinforce this. I think you know how to write poetry ;).

You know, if I cared at all about writing poetry of my own, I'd be sickeningly jealous of this: your poems translated sound better than mine do in my native tongue. But I don't, so it's good ;)

Ah, what can I say? The movement of both is great, but I think my favorite is 'Silence.' The pulse of it, the sense of hushed quiet (dare I say, silence) in the poem itself, the repetition of the main idea with the exponding details...Like I said above, I couldn't do it. But that doesn't mean I can't appreciate it.

And here's hoping the next Shadows chapter comes soon, eh?

I never read fanfiction poetry. I generally reel away from it in disgust or horror. This is an exception to the rule. The subject might be a little on the cliche side, but the execution is really good. I don't know a lot about poetry, but I'm impressed with the structure and rhythm, particularly in 'The Tomb'. The rhyme is there, but is not forced in either case. Pretty impressive when you can write so well in your own tongue, but mind-blowing when you can do this in a foreign tongue. Bravo!
