I must say I've never watched a batman movie, read a comic-besides the ones in the Sunday paper- or seen Casablanca but I absolutely loved your story. The little parallels were delicious- Kory and Tim for instance. I also liked how you incorporated some of the lines from the movie (Even if I've never seen it I've read enough fics which have included the lines). I very much prefer your third person limited view point for this one than the first person you used for Fall to Grace. Thanks for writing.

Okay, so I try not to gush in my reviews (hmm...haven't been doing that very well lately) but I can't resist... AAAAH! This story was so CUTE! I loved seeing the Bat family in Casablanca. Great job! (I think I'm gonna have to go to the library and take out Casablanca just to celebrate this fic. *grins*)

It would probably help if I had ever seen Casablanca from beginning to end, which I never have (I know, that's my loss lol). Anyway, despite that oversight on my part, I can say you are a good writer.

You absolutely must get out more . . . and FAST! I do quite a bit of reading, but it isn't often when the stories scream for a review. This one did. Wow. I think the best part--for me--had to have been the dialogue. There isn't a big chunk of expository writing to describe the emotions . . . so the dialogue has to carry that burden. ;) And it does so well.
