That was just deep. So beautiful and so deep.

"Fingers clapsed around the matter as one would clasp a bird, feeling the thudding exhilaration of its heartbeats at your fingertips. And that barbaric, yet unquenchable desire to stop that beating heart, neither by hate, nor by love, but by curiosity alone. And such curiosity. Perhaps the true and darker side of humanity, that lingering, everlasting shroud of if... If death was to be... then the knowledge would be obtainable through another's death. The only pity his soul ever felt is that a dead man spoke no words." Beautiful. Just Beautiful.

Ah, such a good fic! It was so dark. And I mean that in a good way. I really didn't find any grammar or spelling mistakes either. All in all, you're a very talented writer! Keep up the good work!

Excuse me for asking, but do you mean for "genii" to be plural for genius, because unless
i'm mistaken that's "geniuses"

I have no idea what to say to this, than besides it was very interesting and you have a really good grasp of the human mind and you are really making me think of what is good and what isn't. Like The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand - I am now starting to rethink my views of selfishness and selflessness.

Second-handers - ever heard of them? They are those pretty make up freaks to strive to be beautiful and on everyone's mind at every second. They are the ones who base their whole lives upon the opinions of others through means of attention, fame and glory and other means until the point that if they were the last person on earth, they would not exist.

They don't care about themselves, unlike what we usually think. They only care about others and what others think. Isn't that selfless in a way, some how?

Anyways, back to your fic. I like your ideas of "genius" and striving for knowledge and if there is a god or not, and if that god is some higher being or is really all of humanity. As a confirmed Catholic, I believe that there is a Heavenly God, but I was never told that one could not question one's own faith and see where it leads them, right? The DaVinci Code has done this to me, and now you are. So far I have had some pretty good results.

I agree with your thoughts of curiosity and being able to do or not do something that were said in here - if there is a will, there is a way. One needs to always think, and always be planning one's next move if you want to ger somewhere. And then lastly - what will be on the other side? Will we obtain all that we sought for in this life? I myself, when I die, will certainly be asking all of the questions that have been in my mind since I was little. I just hope they can be answered.

Maybe that is what we all strive for in religion of any kind: answers. Maybe one day we'll discover them. But... how will we tell others if we cannot communicate to them? I'd go insane if I couldn't tell someone something new I'd learn.

i am always amazed by your perspective of things, and this is no different. you think in a way no one else seems to, and i know i would never think of most of these things. if i want another outlook on life, a deeper, thought-provoking outlook, i read one of your fanfics. keep writing. keep inspiring people to think about what things really are.

Definitely dark and in some ways true. It's just as they say there is a thin line between genius and insane. The question is; have you crossed it yet?

You are one of the few authors who actually haves deep meaning in your stories and I like that. Keep up your stories and don't worry about reviews hardly anyone reviews anymore.

Really, this is all very fascinating; I was quite frankly intrigued that Artemis would kill himself out of a curiosity that could not be sated. I've always loved that line of his from the books that you've included, so here's a :) Most intiguing perhaps is, "But he will know. And he shall be God." So good job, even though I have to say that it bugged me that this was really just a long ramble, not being a proper story without some dialogue or action. But that doesn't mean it isn't thought-provoking. I wish I had the time to completely share my views on this with you, but I have a ridiculous amount of work awaiting me.
