| microgirl 2006-08-05 ch 9, | abuseI had to review this one too because it was just as good as "Race Among the Ruins." Once again, this is a wonderful piece of writing. You did a great job balancing the casefile and Grissom and Sara's story. The casefile was very interesting. I thought all the religious refernces were fascinating. And of course the stuff betweern Grissom and Sara was beautifuly done. The flashbacks helped explain the progress of their relationship nicely. I loved the part when Grissom told Sara that he wouldn't change his past because she might not love him if he were a different man; brillaint, just brillaint. And the sex scene at the end was well written ; you wrote with a fine balance of the physical and emotion aspect, and not many writers can do that. Anywho, great job! Looking forward to more :) |

One of the many things I will remember from this story is the vivid contrast between the brutality of the crimes and the sensuality of the love scenes.
