You said his love for her developed after she saved his life. I beg to differ. (lol's) I believe he felt something when they were 14 and 15. When they had fought and he kind of talked about the passion he loved seeing when she was fighting... I think thats when he realized his feelings. When he was 15.


Anyhow. I really truly enjoyed reading this. It was exactly what I was looking for. Serious passion without all the hot, naked sex.

Hahaha, this was both humorous and well-written, not to mention sweet. I could see André having something of a thing for Oscar for a long time, though of course, he seems to really change and feel more for her after the entire thing involving Marie Antoinette's horse.

Very interesting. I've been watching some episodes of the animé for quite some time now and I thoroughly enjoy it.

Normally, love stories between a young Oscar and Andre are stupidly OOC b/c Oscar didn't realize her feelings for him until she was an adult. ('Course, considering how ROV isn't too well-known in the West, it's hard to find ANY fanfics about Oscar, let alone a well-written one.) However, this fic was very cute, and everybody was very in-character. I loved how the two bantered, and how Oscar got to enjoy kissing Andre w/o actually feeling romance towards him.

*sigh* That was a wonderful story.

To my own shame, I must admit this is the first RoV fan fic I ever read... and I loved it. The characters' personalities were captured perfectly and I can almost imagine Oscar doing that >:) Andre's reaction was just precious

And that's Young!André. (Amazing how with that show/manga, you only realize how much the characters have changed over time when you directly compare an early part of it with the ending.)

I really enjoyed that. Very cute, and full of that non-logical logic that conversations between friends can follow. You do realize you now have to write a sequel where they make out in the dark corners of Versailles, don't you? (Then again, that might just be a favourite AU fantasy of mine.) On the other hand, the ff made me kinda nostalgic - like the early episodes, when Fersen wasn't a problem, and André already a bit in love with Oscar, but not yet tortured and desperate, when he simply enjoyed being in love and they were mostly great friends (I'm thinking of the Arras episode here). *sighs*

Anyway, really cute, hot little piece.
