('Course, considering how ROV isn't too well-known in the West, it's hard to find ANY fanfics about Oscar, let alone a well-written one.) However, this fic was very cute, and everybody was very in-character. I loved how the two bantered, and how Oscar got to enjoy kissing Andre w/o actually feeling romance towards him.

(Amazing how with that show/manga, you only realize how much the characters have changed over time when you directly compare an early part of it with the ending.) I really enjoyed that. Very cute, and full of that non-logical logic that conversations between friends can follow. You do realize you now have to write a sequel where they make out in the dark corners of Versailles, don't you? (Then again, that might just be a favourite AU fantasy of mine.) On the other hand, the ff made me kinda nostalgic - like the early episodes, when Fersen wasn't a problem, and André already a bit in love with Oscar, but not yet tortured and desperate, when he simply enjoyed being in love and they were mostly great friends (I'm thinking of the Arras episode here). sighs Anyway, really cute, hot little piece.
