Sweet dreams. Hope you dream up more soon. Because the way you left things hanging especially after the state Happosai was in well more information is needed to even begin to puzzle things out. Happosai or a Youma were both strong possibilities and now Happosai is out while people who know a bout something that survived but are completely undefined beyond using english are dropped in at the end.

I don't even know what Nabiki's going to tell in her edited history.

Very nice once again. You know, I'd really like to see Umiko form quite a strong attachent to Ranko and try to spend as much time with her as possible. I'm sure she might find Ranma 'cooler' than her family.

I definitely like the characterization in this chapter. Interesting OCs are irritatingly rare and, by adding this focus on Umiko, you've made that more clear than usual.

Of course, I shall review and of course, I like what is here. Chapters seem to be dropping in length and this makes me sad. On the other hand, you are maintaining a decent release schedule, which is better than I can manage, so this makes me happy.

O, a shadowy figure - possibly American - that has an interest in testing a survivor of something, where most died, and is having doubts about what he's doing . . . wow, you really know how to bring the weirdness back into Ranko's life huh?

And finding Happi burnt and beat up doesn't count. That could happen any time he went after a super-powered girl, or team of girls for that matter.

I don't think you sucked. I think you did a VERY nice chapter. Granted it took so long, that I was better off re-reading the story from start to finish, but I like it. You have a good flow, you have real nice character development, and you really make us really CARE about the characters.
