I must say, this was quite good. I really enjoyed reading this to the end. I myself prefer Asuna and Negi paired together, but what you did makes sense. I do wonder if Ku Fei will turn out to be Chao's actual ancestor. This was a very joyful reading. I hope the rest of your fanfics are as good as this!

I noticed a few errors but otherwise that was a VERY moving chapter 2. Chachamaru desiring to be human and having a family with Negi, that's pretty hard to pull off but you did it amazingly. This is my 2nd time reading this story and I'm starting to remember why I enjoyed this fic so much.

-> Isn't this supposd to be an ancestor? Not a descendant. Also, when you write the "two of you"...Which one are you pointing at? Negi and Chao? Or Negi and other girl?

Interesting story thus far. However, I feel I must bring up two important points.

1. You seem to mix up the terms "ancestor" and "descendant." Ancestor comes before, descendant comes after.

2. Chachamaru's death seems improbable. One would think that it would be a simple matter to transfer her memory to another unit. If you disagree with this point, then perhaps you simply need to expand on as to why this would be impossible.

Other than that, great story.

Well, when it comes to Negi pairings, I support Chisame with Ku Fei as a close second.

As for Nodoka...I may be the only person who thinks FateXNodoka looks really good >.>

not sure... probably a closet pervert. Seeing as he is lost in a sea of hormones, being advised by the perverted ermine and so far it seems that not only his father but some of his fathers friends were perverts that likely hood that his is a pervert is hiigh... even if he doesn't know it yet.
