Wally reminds me of the salesman from Family Guy, slimy and can smell a sale from a mile away.

This was a good story on deciding to and actually moving out. It nice to see how Mr. Dr. P is dealing with this next level in Kim and Ron's relationship. Good story line and without a real mission to boot. The inclusion of Joss was excellent.

I don't think this chapter is "too dark" at all. I think this chapter is very very real, and I think many of your chapters seem to wander along that line. I think you are doing very well to maintain the T rating and still address such issues.

The cuddlebuddy bit was cute. insert sigh here as I reminisce about the past.

Positively amazing chapter. I really felt the emotion in this one. Good job! That was one of the problems I had with the previous chapters, but I see that you were building up to this point. I am looking forward to the rest of the story.

Ha! I knew Ron was a railfan!

As a lifelong train nut myself, I guess it takes one to know one. Nice to see him indulging his interest with the old D&RGS "slim-gague" equipment.

Anyone who's into trains can't be all bad!

Great chap!

Hi, I just finished reading it all, and I gotta say, quite enjoyed the whole thing, other than a a couple of grammar issues, it kept me reading the whole way.

I liked how you managed to shy away from going with mission after mission, and actually managed to avoid having almost any, without it seeming forced at all.

Quite well done, keep it up.

Great story. I love that you wrote an entire fic of over 74k words without a single mission in it. I love the lemon-scented font you used, too. :P I have to say that you rank in the top 10 authors on for me in terms of overall writing skill. There are people who write 60k+ to write 60k+, and there are people who are content to put that same story in under 5k. Then there are people like you, Mattb, and MrDrP who create a story that could easily continue where the show leaves off. Overall, each story I've read from you has been well-written, thought out, and exhibits impeccable grammar and spelling. I can only hope that my own attempts at KP fanfic meet the standards set by you guys.

What? A story by Commander Argus that clocks in at less than 100,0 words? Who'd a thunk it?

A nice conclusion to a story about nothing -- and everything.

Thanks for a fun read (and especially for including Joss)!

make a chapter and do they do what i think they do
AtomicFire 2006-08-17 . chapter 22
Let the christening of the new apartment begin! Just remember to get every room, I know its a hard task but I know the Rondo can get it done! lol
Good bit of wrap up here, they have a place that fits them, who and what they are. That's all we are ever looking for in life.
Good bit mentioning 'A Sitch In Time' there and Ron's residual memories. Kim and the booze was fun too, she's a cheap date, thats for sure... and yeah she's kick me to Lowerton and back for that, I know.
Thanks for the awesome read!

Now that was a great way to end the story. Fluff and smuff gets me every time.

Looking forward to the next one!

this story has only been up a little over a month?fang it feels like so much longer.

hm maybe when you finish the entire series maybe you could have the whole thing be a dream as a april fools joke.
US.Steele 2006-08-16 . chapter 22
And so the first room gets broken in...:P

Is this the last chapter? It kind of had the feeling of being the end.
US.Steele 2006-08-16 . chapter 21
I guess they owe the cargo's a debt of gratitude for saving Ron's life. and, as a birthday present, they find an apartment!
