I can't help but come back and reread your HnoG fics, Next To NetGo and this one. I really do love them. They never fail to amuse me and bring a smile to my face after a tiring day at the studio. The NetGo names and Akira&Hikaru's bantering are ingenius. My favourites are Great White Shark, Kawaii Sweetie (almost killed me, I was choking so hard!), and Flower Power. So... brilliant... how do you come up with them?

Anyway, can't help but ramble on, hope your life is going well and haven't given up on fanfic yet.

LOL. Loved this... it's a believable imaginable concept to me since it makes sense that Hikaru improves even quicker with the constant bouts against opponents even stronger than his own level. It's both how he and Akira grow.

Oh brilliance! I love the way you started it out, with poor Hikaru worried that he gave Touya Meijin an attack. Haha. I like the idea of Hikaru continuing to play NetGo as Sai (actually, I like the concept of him and NetGo, period)

The ending had me cackling. XD

LOL!! That ending was superb! Well, the whole fic was great, but those ending lines just made me crack. *wipes a tear* Ah, so funny...
I'm not very good at saying precisely what I liked, but here goes nothing; I liked the mood of this fic, which stayed very light dispite Touya-sensei being in a hospital. I liked the fact that Shindou confessed about Sai pretty quickly but didn't tell everything about the ghost in one go. I liked that Hikaru was still playing net-go as Sai. (I like when a character is stronger than everyone thinks.) I have no idea what I thought about Shindou not being a pro. Is he still an Insei?
