 Quillslinger 2007-07-12 . chapter 1And this one...
I have to admit, I love fiction by number, will read stories in this format in any fandom. And this story is just...
My favorite scenes: I, VI, VI. The first, because it was so persuasive. The second, because I could almost see and feel everything, rain water, dampness, the cold. And the last, well, because mostly it's nice, and nice has its own virtues.
And then I got to the last sentence, and the sense of coherence just broke apart from me, pretty much shattered, really. Didn't help that outside the window dawn was breaking, chirping bird sounds, and there was that feeling you only got in the very early morning: undeniably alive, oxygen bubbling up your throat.
Bah. Substitute seal noises here. I loved it ;_; |
