Aww, this did work out really well, and it stuck in my memory because pretty much as soon as I read the intro I remembered reading this before ^^. There's a lot of nice touches here, from the glimpse of Dante's battle to how you flesh out some of the things Trish did in the game more than it does from her point of view. I really liked how you described her uncertainty over her fate if Dante were defeated, since I've never really thought about that before, and now that I do it does make sense that she probably wasn't treated with much respect or likely to be kept after Mundus won. All of that makes her turning on her former master feel much more believable, well done on achieving that :D.

Hiya! I hadn't expected to come back to the fandom and actually see a face I knew. Guess things don't change that much... Anyway, I don't know what the deal is with A/N at the beginning there but whatever it is, uh, good luck with it. I actually did like this fic. Just enough fluff to keep ya occupied and I have always been a Trish fan...

I can see why you're happy with how this worked out, it sparkled, no, shone with it's own life and energy, really possessed an individual spirit, a strength of purpose to tell a certain story. It was in short, brilliantly written :D. It's not often easy to capture such intense feelings without falling into old patterns, overly focusing on one aspect or doing something done a million times before. But you stepped over such things, and gave your story a really unique texture. It was moving and at once, darkly stylish, very Devil May Cry feel, yet also your own. I can't think of a better result of a fanfiction, that amalgamation of writer and fiction-verse 8).

Aw, a very beautiful piece of writing. And whilst I haven’t checked out every DMC fic here I have no doubt that this is a brilliantly original idea. I dont think anyone ever thought about writing from Trish’s' POV after Mundus killed her. There are a few spelling mistakes true, but who doesn’t have their fair share of those? The damned things get everywhere, so don’t worry about it.
