I have enjoyed this story and am wondering how it is going to turn out. You have hit upon something that I thought could have happened to the character of Christy. Enemies were made in those mountains and not everyone in the cove respects and honors women (i.e. Nathan O'Teale). With as much moonshine that was being produced, with the blood feuds that were taking place -- it always seemed possible for someone to take their revenge out on the most innocent representative of the mission - namely Christy. I log on everyday to see if you have an update - I am anxious to see where this story is going to go. You are doing an excellent job. Keep it up.
