So even being raised by his parents, even being a ravenclaw, Harry is still an idiot. Not a fan of this chapter.

I get this strange idea that you're turning hp into a manwhore, not that that's a bad thing but hey, the pace is a bit quick. Most males don't hit puberty until they're 12/13, and you're skipping out on the awkward phase that puberty entails... Do you really know of any 11 year old male that has as many female friends as the hp you're writing? The only male's I know of that would do that turn out to be gay, like me... As for the flying lesson, too close to the original and the aerodynamics of a piece/scroll of parchement would be quite different to that of a glass ball. Moreover from a logistical standpoint would you really want to teach the entire first year class at the same time? (roughly 40 students) At chapter 9 you've still not hinted at what dd's secret is, or how it affects hp.

A uniqueish au start. Is harry going to have any male friends in hoggy? Seeing as his parents survived, don't you think that his mum would have taught him something about potions? The oocness of the black family is not that big of a deal IMHO, even if you are advocating incest. I think it would have been more interesting if you had made your hp a bit smarter. After all if you're going to put him in Ravenclaw, mouthing off to the potion's prof is dumb. Even the brash Gryf hp didn't quite accomplish that til book six...
