LY00 2008-06-14 ch 41,	abuseOh wow. Wow, wow, wow. That is by far the best AU SG1 story I have read. One of the best stories overall, actually. I think that this is even better than Moebius (which I absolutely loved), since I have always felt that Sam was a little bit of a caricature in those eps. The angst is great, well written and completely real. I love how Sam and Jack dance around each other, never getting close until it's almost too late. The ending (happy, of course) is just perfect. You have done a marvellous job capturing their interactions, and Sam's inner dialogue is really just right. I love that Lorne is their 4th member, he would fit right in. The plot is excellent, and you did a fantastic job of weaving episode references into the story. I really can't use too many glowing adjectives for this story: wonderful, excellent, marvellous, in-character. I'll be reading this one again. Thanks for writing.

It was simply phenomenal...definitely AU...but still very Sam and Jack. I can believe this is how it might have happened had her life taken a different direction before they met. I don't see that very often and I really think it adds something to the story. In this case, I think it made it more dramatic. I also love how you incorporated different episodes in here. The plot was wonderful and in several parts I thought I was about to cry. I like stories that do that to me, because that proves just how well written it is. Ending it with those lyrics was very fitting. It's the perfect song. Did it inspire you to write this? Once again, absolutely amazing job!

Lol, I actually really loved it, and I do NOT consider myself an angst fan so that's sayin' alot =P But, in all seriousness, it was very well written, the plot line was well written and exciting.. it was a thinking story, and I like that..
