Maybe Helen needs to start feeding him something besides candy. This would be a good time for Harry to find out about his heritage and about his parents from a source not controlled by Dumbledore.

I really liked this story. The idea is certainly an oldie but you made it a goody. I thought that you could have expanded a bit more on the conversation with Helen's children, and given them actual dialog. But all the same, it is still good.

This is definately something to keep going with. A sequall, another chapter, whatever you want. Just keep an eye on your tenses, as they did go a bit funny here and there, but I thought this was really good. I would be quite happy to be a beta for you, should you need one. All the best,
