Ooh, well done! I agree that I don't see Davy/Tia being true at this point, but I'm not ruling it out. I've heard speculation that Tia Dalma is actually the goddess Calypso, and if that were the case, she could take different forms and live for a long time, so that might make sense. But Tia Dalma's so cool on her own, I don't think she needs deification. Ah, well. "Same story, different versions." I definately like your version of the story best, now!

Great work! You got her accent down beautifully. Tia was one of my favorite characters from DMC and there just aren't enough stories about her.

That was splendidly written. You could almost feel the pain the Davy Jones and his lover must have felt. You did this famously well - especially Tia's accent as well as her character. This whole one-shot was very well-done. Tia being Davy Jones's love? Hm, I think not, but it would be very interesting indeed...
