Explanation of why no one can find a Mew, it seems like. Brilliant, as always. However, I have to say this; as for why pokemon obey, part of it is because they have no choice when they are caught, but in time, I believe they will eventually love their trainer. Most, anyways.

You know, maybe you should do a special kind of crossover, the usual "person from Earth enters Pokeworld" except that in your story, the person could discover how monstrous Pokemon training really is.
