I liked the ending a lot. I liked how it essentially set up the McGill/Buchanan conflict in season 5. It does bother me that you consider one of my favorite characters, Bill Buchanan, "wooden". I thought he started out that way but started displaying personality near the end of season 4 and certainly in season 5. Well written, well edited, good characterizations. I thoroughly enjoyed the story.

Wow! That was an intense and effective chapter that kept my interest from the first work to the last. Your characterizations of both McGill and Buchanan was right on. You write both characters superbly. I can almost see Bill seething as he tries to keep his cool while talking to Mcgill. Well done!

I liked this alot! I love the idea of it, and the presentation of the characters.

Hm. This is interesting. It is well written. Good and believable dialogue, no typos/grammer errors, good descriptions. My problem at the moment is that I'm not sure where it is going. I'm hoping that will become clearer as the chapters roll by. No time to read more just now. I'll try to catch up on the later chapters within the next couple of days.
