First of all your rating should not be K. It needs to be rated for teens. The language and the fixation of one of your characters on sex are clear markers for that. Second your own assessment is fairly accurate except the characters are not all that fleshed out. Your idea is interesting but put a little elbow grease into it. You might have something here.
