This is a fantastic epic.

But it's been discontinued.

How many times has this happened to me? Far, Far too many to count. I love long epic fanfiction. Romance, Adventure, Drama- the works. HOWEVER whenever I find one that really peeks my interest, or gets me hooked... I glance over at the "last updated" number to find it hasn't been updated in a year. Or I'll click the authors profile to find the fic has been discontinued. As is in this case.

*sigh*

I would have loved to see this progress and finish. You've got a great writing style, good grammar and spelling (far better than my own ^^;) and (for the most part) the swearing wasn't something that bugged me.

I wish this could have continued, and been finshed as far too many to-be epics have been left in the dust. But it isn't my decision, and if you weren't happy with writing KH fanfiction, than its good that you decided to find something you DID like.

And who knows, I just might get lucky and find this piece updated again sometime.

I'm still not convinced by King Mickey's words that the Organization regaining their hearts will destroy the universe. In that matter, my thoughts are similar to those of Roxas. Then, of course, there is the matter of Yen Sid calling Roxas an 'it', like Riku. As much as I object to their opinion, I suppose that answers the question about Yen Sid's stance on Nobodies.

I'm not exactly sure if Sora can restore Destiny Islands again, but he does need some sense of hope to push him forward. As for his hope of reuniting with his two friends, he should not have great expectations. As time passes, hearts will change, and close friends could grow distant and diverge on separate paths. Old bonds are broken even as new ones are formed to replace them. It will be a difficult lesson, but it is one that Sora must learn. That's what it means to grow up.

About another matter, it is Yen Sid's observation that Riku is volatile, a danger to all sides. I do not sure Mickey's confidence that Riku will be able to resist it. Twice now Riku has willingly given himself to the darkness, in part for selfish motives.

On a lighter note, it is somehow rather funny that Chip and Dale went to the trouble of providing this gummi ship with so many furnishings and accessories. A home away from home. I did enjoy seeing Sora and Donald bickering about his piloting skills. Is this Sora going to have 'thrill issues' like the other one did?

Sora said that he's a hands-on person, that hearing something alone isn't enough for him to learn it. I hope he applies that principle to the Nobodies. He shouldn't just go by what he's told about them. He needs to learn by interacting with them and deciding for himself.

I look forward to their meeting with Mulan.

Hades is rather hilarious, trying to force Hercules into another contract. Also amusing that Persephone wears the pants in the marriage, so to speak. So the beast tried to destroy Olympus after the worlds separated? What role did the Underworld play when all worlds were one? Why is it so crucial that the universe will collapse wihtout it? All souls, no matter what world, will go there after death then? The beast is powerful indeed, to be able to frighten the Olympians. What is the creature planning? Why hasn't it targeted the Underworld again?

An interesting reminder that though the Olympians can show mortals kindness, they are equally likely to be cruel, as Persephone so aptly demonstrated. At the same time, I can't help but sympathize with her, given the loveless marriage.

Riku can restore his original form, but the path will be hard, the price heavy. As Persephone warned, the darkness could taint him forever. Foreshadowing, then? I'm curious what he will learn about the primordial evil.

Ah, Axel finally makes his entrance. It is rather touching to see him so devoted to his friend. Branded, yes, but hopefully not indefinitely. The Organization needs all the help it can get, given the impending doom that the creature is planning. Axel is still in the virtual Twilight Town? Didn't DiZ already delete that data? Still, Axel seems to be out of the loop. I hope he is updated soon, about Roxas' location and task and company, along with the greater scheme of things regarding that creature. I do hope Axel can save his bond with Roxas, just as I hope that Axel can form such a friendship with Sora. Wishful thinking, yes, but one can always hope. Axel, especially, among the members of the Organization XI, will be playing a crucial role in this conflict. I look forward to seeing it unfold.

Anyway, i read reminds of SOM. One thing, blue hearts? you got to explain that. Because your latest chapter is very contradicting to how the nobodies died with blue hearts. Now I even checked and trust I played for four hours to level up to 99 and no blue hearts. I just like that explained it's confusing. looking at your profile i see this ain't gonna be a kairi sora thing but will sora get a girl or will he die like last time. I think it's cool your bringing in the forms the thing I really love about KH2.

I know you want me to comment on more so I will. Now judging at your first chapter and the your notes when you said you were unhappy with KH2 I guess you played it. I'll admit it was easy and it took me almost half the time to complete than i did on Kh1 and KH final mix. And will Roxas controol his samurai nobodies again that would be awesome! As for the whole story it's great you have the characters persona done almost perfectly as for Roxas...he never really had one since most of the time he was confused and at the end he seemed vengful. never understood the "you would make a good other" if you did then wow. As for the chasers well apparently one of them is Sora's farther why, they have facts and two he has the same hair and blue eyes. I even have the picture if you like. Damn this reviews long.

The actions not bad and I'm hoping it would be more detailed than SOM but onlt if battle is your thing if not then that's fine i'm just saying one of the main reasons I read your fics is because of action. My opinion on romance is well...Romance is great but for me it needs to move at a quicker pase. No that's sounds bossy I would prefer it to move at a quicker pace but it shouldn't if you can't work with that or you feel it's fine as it is.Emotion a like the amount of detail however sometimes-it's rare- you over detail it to the point where it would just mean the same to put it into on paragraph because in your work you tend to waver into a diferent subject and when you do most are essential but sometimes not. Well, the Cheshire Cat is funny as ever. It's interesting that he's a crowd-pleaser, as you call him.

So that's what happened to the ones who couldn't escape from Destiny Islands. Unfortunate souls. So the way it works is that all souls, no matter which world they origniate from, will inevitably make their way to the Ancient Greece Underworld? Although I'm not exactly feeling warm towards Riku because of his hostility towards Roxas, I can hardly begrudge him the pain he must be feeling about seeing his dead mother's soul.

It's always funny watching Hades' short temper ignite. The Three Fates seem to have an important part to play again. Why does Persephone find Riku favorable over the others that came before, even Orpheus? Is it because he is one of the Wielders? Were the Fates being sarcastic when they said that Riku was one of the "great" ones? Hades will probably see reason. I wonder how he'll try to entice Riku to do his bidding, whatever that might be. For all their power, it's still entertaining watching the Fates squabble, as siblings often do. The good reason Hades will have to let Riku and the others go is because of the creature, isn't it? Hades really should be investigating the sudden influx of so many souls into his realm, as the Fates advised. Ignorance will only bring him to ruin.

How creative, on Yen Sid's part, the test with the stairs that is. Although Sora doesn't really mean to be rude, I suppose it can't be helped sometimes, his shoving past Yen Sid, that is. He is a teenager after all. It was amusing watching Flora, Fauna, and Meryweather fighting over his clothes as well. Sora-tachi are heroes, though that doesn't mean they have to be dignified all the time.

Games within games, everyone seems to be keeping something from someone else. Mickey and Yen Sid aren't telling Sora everything. Yen Sid is keeping something from Mickey. Coupled with Naminé, the workings of the Organizationi XI, and the Seekers, this web of intrigue is going to be most complex to work through.

So, given the urgency of the situation, Yen Sid and Mickey filled on some of the holes in Sora's memory, but not all of it, just enough to let him know that Riku and Kairi are safe. What would have happened if they didn't tell him anything and Sora had met Kairi while she was on the Organization XI's path?

Yen Sid says he can't blame Riku about giving away Roxas' identity. Does he share Riku's hatred of Roxas, then?

Merryweather's punishment was hilarious and effective. Washing out a child's mouth with soap is a very effective way to teach them not to swear. Nice explanation about the new outfit. If he should unlock the final form, I wonder what the silver color will symbolize.

I'm not exactly sure that the King lying through his teeth about Naminé is a good idea, but I suppose Sora will just have to remember on his own, in good time.

Although they telled him verbally to fill on some holes, that's not exactly the same as Sora remembering, and all the same, his interactions with others will change as a result. It might affect some future choices that he makes, along with his path and development of character. Sora is understandably concerned about Riku and Kairi, given the point where his memories cut off, though I wonder how long it will be before he understands the greater picture and how dire the situation is, specifically concerning that creature.

I can't help but find Yen Sid's account about Nobodies biased and at least slightly manipulative. How does he know that the Organization's goal will result in the destruction of the universe. He should be more worried about the primordial evil. He wasn't entirely truthful about Riku finding ways to defeat the Organization either. Riku was supposed to be seeking the creature. Was Yen Sid lying when he said he thought that the Nobodies were responsible for the destruction of Destiny Islands? Somehow, I don't think poisoning Sora's mind about Nobodies like this can come to any good.

Poor Sora, finding out about the destruction of Destiny Islands. It's going to be a difficult journey for him, pain and loss, perhaps love and joy as well. Hearts change with time, so it will be with his link to Kairi and Riku as well.

I hope Sora will decide for himself about Nobodies, instead of simply going by Yen Sid's account. He seems neutral towards Nobodies for the time being. Sora is a good kid. Given that he will be working with the Organization XI, I think that he might develope a rapport and sympathy of sorts with them, for it's only natural to do so with people you fight alongside over time. Sora-tachi might want to consider helping the Organization XI find a less dangerous way to become complete again. If only the Chasers might consider giving Sora a push about the matter of Nobodies, so that he will consider for himself about them.

I don't really like DiZ, but I'm curious to see if he will be playing any further part. Naminé's foretelling is rather ominous. As it was in SoM, there seems to be a dark fate awaiting Sora, or at least such a possibility. Deaths will be unavoidable, I know, but I just hope this Sora won't meet such an end. I'll be watching the story unfold with anticipation.
