Wow, great story! I'm so glad I found it, I haven't been in the One Piece section for a while, and when I was, it didn't have nearly enough ZoNa for my taste, so it makes me really happy that this awesome story is here! ^_^ I can't wait for the next chapter, I'll be holding my breath until then! (Though not really, I don't have the stamina...XP)

...Nami...I think that she's being too depressive...she should have learned by now that Arlong can be beaten by Luffy...she should have more faith in them...and that she should be yelling and stuff...although 8 years of torture are brutal...she would have grown a lot since leaving...so yeah...but you make a valid point...so oh well.

Sweet. So Arlong came back and stole Nami...nice touch. Very interesting. And I'm with you: I watched all the 4kids dubs til like just after Alabasta, then (i thought the voice actors changed, not turned into Funimation! How naive was i...) at episode 136 i had to go to Japanese online cus they quit on the tv. I rewatched all of the ones before 136 in japanese recently though, but the experience truly is better on the large tv, once a week, where you can understand it. That is where i *sigh* fell in love with One Piece. That was also about 2 years ago, maybe three.

You know, I really loved the way that you described the town and the way it was. It seems like such a wonderfully intersting place filled with culture and the hustle and bustle of life...I couldn't help but think of the Mayan civilization.

It never ceases to make me smile, the way that you make everyone act so in character, I can't help but see this as an episode or even chapter of One Piece, the way you describe things is so professional, and you know what? You can read that you've improved as a writer. I'm so glad that you have gotten your writing buzz back. It really makes me happy to know that you're using the wonderful talent you have so well.

I have to say that I am not a ZoNa fan (LuNa always) but this fic totally caught my attention, if only for the plot idea. As it is, this is nicely written and as I said already the plot is interesting, so good work and I cant wait for the next chapter. Although I hope you explain a little more why Zaigou is so mad at Nami, cause her just leaving his dad's ship like that after telling him her story doesnt explain why he wanted to kidnap her and beat her half to death after 5 years. Hope you update soon.

It was short, but nonetheless wonderful. The entire scene with Zoro with Nami had me glued to the computer screen! I was almost going to cry, it was so touching and sad and...I can't even think of the right word to describe it. Bravo! The fight scene is coming up and I can't wait!!

I just read the entire story, needless to say it took me awhile. But I really enjoy it. There are tons of characters, its sometimes hard to keep up. (But its like that in the anime as well) Your story has a great plot line and I would really love to see it finished.
