I love the way you had Kagome word her sentences. It was her and yet not, but it was lovely and great and everything inbetween. The ending was loved also, being it muchly an Inuyasha thing to do , too...All in all, this one-shot wins, just, so much. Beautiful.

Stunning, absolutely stunning! The language evoked such strong feelings; the depth of this story is incredible, and the ending is just so Inuyasha-esque.

Simple, but beautiful. Just one tiny-I mean tiny- setback- the word is spelled "silhouette" not "silohette".

Apart from this it was beautiful- the part about his mother's death is particularly vivid. I liked the "that look of utter desolation on her face, like a jagged scar mapped on the plains of her brow."- it was without a doubt the most impacting quote in this story, for me at least.

It is really good to read a story which appreciates Inuyasha's actual depth of emotion, and maintains his character in thinking as well as in conversation.
Kagome's character was very well represented, also. Overall, this story was an absolute gem!

That was genious! You seriously had me going there for a while, thinking this was just going to be another romance fanfic, but you really pulled it off! I laughed out loud at the end...my brother is giving me strange looks. I think you stuck to the characters very well; it really seemed like something they would do and say. Good work!
