This is one of the best Zhaozula fics written on here, though that might not be much of a compliment, being that this pairing is rarely represented on FanFiction. I want you to know that I want it to be one. This is simply an amzing fic. Both are in character -you have them down perfectly. I love the tone created: childish but serious at the same time. This describes what one would see their relationship to be. Overall, simply astounding work.

We should be thankful that these two didn't actually get together - the world wouldn't be safe from their combined ambition. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed this little vignette - it's wonderfully well-written. You're in a whole different league from 99% of the poorly worded tripe on fanfic sites! I *love* this particular line:
"He suddenly notices how much closer Azula is than she was a mere minute ago, and wonders what they teach at the Firebending Academy these days that allows a young woman to move twenty feet without lifting a foot or being noticed."
What a terrifically evocative way to describe both Azula's grace of movement, and Zhao's almost primal reaction to her. Just beautiful writing!
Now I shall have to read more of your stuff!

Nice. I can't say I'm a fan of either of the characters, but I like it very much.

Who woulda thought that the villain of Book 1 and the villain of Book 2 would be so perfect together? If he were still alive I would ship this. Definitely.

You get majore props for writting this, the coulpling was ingenius and they were both so in character.
