I have written a few stories using some of the other characters from POTC and lately Bill Turner has been asking when he will get his chance so I started browsing FF to get an idea of how other people have been writing him. I stumbled across your little piece here and was floored. You really nailed him in my opinion. Well done! :)

I really like this. I like how you put the sailors' dialect into your sentences. Bootstrap Bill really is a fascinating character, and I like how you explored him. My favorite sentences were "Guile", "Hum", "Indulgence", "Chord", and "Freezer".

My English teacher might comment on the length of the sentences, but I sure as heck won't! I loved each and every one, they spoke volumes in their concise imagery. LOVE IT! ;)

Bootstrap is indeed one of my favorite characters, and I eagerly await the one involving Davy Jones. Does this say 'Dutchman fangirl'?

Really nice job! I liked Bootstrap a lot, almost as much as the three main characters (dunno why), and I think you captured the character really well! I adore your style of writing, so keep at it! I'm sure the Davy Jones (a very interesting villain I actually like! T-T) snippets will be just as good!
