I like "Lovers", "Blue" and "Lightning" particularly. Really, really well done. Keep writing.

Lord, I had forgotten about this little gem. You seriously need to finish it. C'mon, you're already more than half-way through. I loved this last one, "lightning"-

"And then, striking like lightning, leaving iridescent impressions behind his eyelids - to Holmes’s eternal consternation, there was love."

This is one of the singularly best lines I have read in a Holmes fan fic. It is so completely right!

These are sweet and beautiful and sad by turns... The writing style is unfailingly lovely, though. My favourites are 18 because it has a sort of longing feel, 42 and 43 because I found them both so sad and 56. Because it's cute. Please write more!

I'm enjoying these; your writing is thoughtful and quite enjoyable. But, I just had to comment on this one and thank you for using that quote in this drabble. I love Catullus, and the poem that quotation is from was the first one I ever translated. Perhaps some of the lines about a thousand kisses apply to other drabbles in this collection. :)

I've just read your drabbles after reading reichenback... I love both but somehow I feel like oil and water seems more eloquent with its completely different style of conciseness. It's a completely different style but it seems to convey things better and more straightforward, more direct and well... I'm rambling but let's just leave it at that it has truly touched me and I like your writing and your story and your perceptiveness (Note to self: learn how to write without rambling... *sigh*)

It's beautiful in the way broke back mountain was beautiful... I've never thought of them in that context (certainly gives the story a twist). I really love your style of writing (lots of reading between the lines) but it's kinda a confusing (kinda hard to tell which 'he' it is sometimes... not to mention the random order of it makes me wonder... Hope you update soon.

While I have no issues with homosexuality (if I did I certainly wouldn't have been reading these adorable little drabbles so dutifully!), I'd like to point out that David and Jonathon's being lovers is unsubstantiated rumor, and that the same rumors exist for Ruth and Naomi, and it's best to just stay away from sensitive stuff like that that cannot be proven.

Aside from that, aww, Watson and Holmes are so happy!
