Y'know, I always saw the 'why they don't like each other' parts of the SpyTroops and V filecards as lame attempts to give a reason to characters being packaged together since most of them really had little to do with each other.

But I'm impressed with this, you took that little part of the SpyTroops filecards for Tunnel Rat and Overkill and expanded upon it to turn it into a story that I can really see as a reason for Overkill to hate Tunnel Rat (who really just doesn't care, he just beats the BATs because they're Cobra weapons and he's a Joe.).

I wouldn't mind seeing what you could do with some of the other two-pack pairs...

Ah, this was SO worth the wee wait. TR strikes again, the little varmit. You do make him a very intriguing figure to get to know. I like that. Thanks for the story.

It is a very good story so far, and I really like how you dig into the names of Gods. Really, in your last story it took me a while but I found the name, "Marduk" in a Gods & Goddesses book. I'm not sure about the other one, but I'm sure I'll find it soon. So I guess it's not really a surprising that I see "Odin" here. I ran across him in the book, too, as well as Final Fantasy VII.
