I liked this. There was just one point that I found to be odd. They were standing with both hands together, then he went to brush a strand of hair away, then she grabbed his hand again, and you made it out like this was some new and awesome thing, when they had just been doing that. Perhaps if you changed it to say that she reached out and touched his face as well, then it would make more sense. And would lead more naturally into a kiss. :)
