Hi there. Metai ae. Lauren here. I hope you're doing well. I just read your Avatar story, Hidden Sounds. All I have to say is wow! It's amazing and

well written. And aside from that, I can totally relate to Toph. She is my fave character next to Katara. I identify with Katara and Toph the most. Katara

and I share the same personality and element. And like Toph, I am also visually impaired. I don't let it stop me, most of the time. In fact, I let my disability

become my ability. But despite this, I would give anything to see like everyone else, but at the same time, I know that God made me this way for a reason.

Like Toph, there are things I can do that I never could do if I could see, but then again, I think my extra perception of people and their feelings has

to do with my personality more than my blindness, so I probably would act the same with eye sight. But a bigger part of me knows it's probably more to do with

my blindness than anything else. Besides, I know I never would have been able to appreciate the world around me as I do now. I never take things for granted

and I have appreciation for the smallest things, something I Know I probably would never have if I wasn't born blind. But I've always dreamed of what it

would be like to see for one day. Just one day to be able to see like everyone else. If that day ever comes, I would take everything in and make a mental

note in my memory so I would never forget it. I would go to a park or maybea forest with a river and just sit down and see everything I could, just taking

in all the beauty God created. I also like people so I would also probably do some people watching. That is one dream that I know might never come true,

but I do believe in miracles and always have, so maybe, just maybe...

Well I can't wait to read more of your story.
