Oh, that's adorable...and funny, because two of my female, non-lesbian friends just got "engaged" and gave each other rings. They didn't mention it in a school project, of course, but they've got their entire lives planned out together, complete with cheating spouses, lumpy couch, and head injuries. I'm not sure why they'd include something like a head injury, but who am I to judge?

Seriously, I just rewatched the clips again and thought...well, you know. xD Anyway, this was lovely--I can just imagine them growing old and doing like,...tax forms. That's how much I love them. xD

Hahahahha..Good story

Okay, I'll be honest. I don't like the Sora/Kairi/Riku menage, regardless of "focal member/couple" or whatever. Just not my cuppa. I don't seem to have a headspace where Kairi works with either or both of them in any sort of reciprocal romantic fashion.

Which is why I'm completely flabbergasted by this story. It fits perfectly with them and creates a space where I can actually SEE it happening. (It helps that this is taking place when all three were separated, and the effects of the events of the games are my major objection to things.) Riku keeping the ring in his pocket was just the right touch, and I loved how Kairi and Sora just went straight over his head. It said a lot about their friendship that they didn't bother to even consult him hypothetically on things.

In general, I found this entirely to my liking, and very in-character. For a hard-core slasher like myself, that's a challenge. Well done, indeed.

This is an absolutely adorable story. I love how matter-of-fact and serious Kairi and Sora are about the whole thing. Plus, the ring thing is so sweet. Also the line "Riku just stares, and wonders how he has managed to find such horrible, insane, stupid, and amazingly wonderful friends." is probably the best line I've read in a KH fan fiction in a long time.

Aw! That was so cute! I normally don't like the Sora x Kairi x Riku pairing either, but I this fic was awesome! ^^

This story is pretty much awesomeness incarnate.
The dynamics of the trio are perfect and I love to think about how they could possibly pull off such an interesting relationship once they actually do finally get around to being serious about the whole thing.
Riku, of course, stole the entire story with that final line.
