| tearbos 2007-07-22 ch 1, | abuseOkay, now that I'm over my initial shock, I can write a proper review. First off, I love that the story is from Hotch's POV. It adds a lot of drama because we don't see that side of him much. Second, even though this story line would never happen on the show, I thought the characterization was very good. If it did happen, I could see them behaving that way. Third, I simultaniously love and hate that you never spell out what happened to Spencer but leave it to the imagination. It's almost frustruating to fill in the blanks, but at the same time it's hard enough to read without all the details. Overall, great story, very well written. |
