Anyway, the story looks much better now. The beginning is still a little rough around the edges, but that could just be my biases talking. The stuff you added about Rand and V's relationship helped with the believability of V's issues with trust and betrayal later. The bit at the end where it was a spell that forced Rand to betray V is nice touch. Makes Rand far more believable as a character and explains why he would rat her out (as a fellow player I really wanna know if V ever found out what the Thief Lord did to Rand...). Nicely done.
