| SimplenSweet 2007-03-10 ch 1, | abuseOkay, love the ansty-ness of your story and the general situation and everything. BUT I have several things that are irking me in your story. For instance, why would Kairi run out into a dark street (or wherever the exit to the club dumps her) to loose Riku when there are security guards coming? That is probably the dumbest thing you could do, and the easiest way to get captured by him. I know that you probably did that to set up a scene, but if you could maybe find a bit of a better transition that makes a little more sense and doesn't make Kairi look like some dim broad. '“You will not talk to him ever again! You belong to me now," he hissed at her.' I'm sorry, but if someone said that to me in a bar or club, I'd laugh at them. You can't take anyone seriously who says something like "you will not talk to him ever again!" and then turns tail when the pigs come. Maybe if he actually did something threatening, like pulled a knife or something, idk. And for that last one, I know that that's my personal opinion, but I read your profile, and seeing as you're twenty-one, I just would've thought that your writing would be a bit more, well, mature. I'm sorry for coming off like a **, but I'm not flaming you. I've only read the first chapter, and I'll read the next few when I have some more time. I really do like the base of your story, and I hope it comes along well for you. I guess I was just thrown by the fact that you're twenty-one and I had assumed you were 13 or something before looking. (Sorry, that was a bitchy thing to say, too. My apologies.) Good luck with your story, and I'm sorry for being so harsh. |
