Great poem. Captures her emotional state perfectly. I'll be reading more of your writings as they become available. Simply beautiful.

This poem is good at evoking moods, sensations, and emotions, but since I'm not super-familiar with Oracle, except her basic bio, (used to be Batgirl, crippled by the Joker, becomes computer genius, teams up with Black Canary in B.O.P.) I don't get all the metaphors and allusions to the comic (if there are that many). However, it works well as plain poetry. A good job overall.
