servant123 5/13/12 . chapter 1Nice :) You did a good job aligning the Narnian Stone Table Death with the Crucifixion. Keep up the good work!
-God bless- |
boom babayy 5/8/12 . chapter 1As a Christian, I'm so happy you wrote this. I also think that a lot of things that happened in Narnia were influenced by the Bible. After all, wasn't C.S. Lewis a Christian? Well, I really enjoyed this! You've got a knack for writing :) |
 nochance 4/28/12 . chapter 1Absolutely loved it! |
Regina26 4/15/12 . chapter 1Great story, I am also christian and i am glad to see that you understand the message the chronicles of Narnia gives us and you cared enough to share it with us ! Keep your faith strong and let Susan be proof to all of us that you're never well when away from God ! |
Ghanaperu 4/3/12 . chapter 1I like it. I agree, Lewis was a Christian, and I'm sure that at least influenced Narnia, if not inspired it. Thank you for not being ashamed of the hope you have in Christ.
As for the story, I would like to think that Susan did eventually find Aslan in our world. Too bad Lewis didn't tell us about that. But I liked this story. Thanks. |
 WillowDryad 10/12/11 . chapter 1That's SO lovely.
Thank you. |
Zoe Alice Latimer 9/23/11 . chapter 1I don't read a lot of Susanfic, not because I don't want Susan to become Narnian again, but because they all sound alike after awhile. But I really, really liked this one. |
kahpfan 9/7/11 . chapter 1Beautifully written. When I finished my A Level's I decided that I was going to read the entire chronicles of Narnia from start to finish in one go. Something which until that point I hadn't done, I knew most of the stories from the old BBC series but not all of them. As I got to the half way point in the series I began to realise that there were too many things in the series that chimed true to my beliefs to be coincidental and more over too many things which parallelled with parts of the Christian story from Creation, Jesus' Death and Resurrection through to the end of times for it to be a product of my over stimulated imagination and two years of hard graft in English Literature and Religious Studies. So I certainly subscribe to the prescence of a Christian theme, and the presence of Plato's theory of form in the Last Battle. Your story is one of the best fan fics which blend the Christian theme and Narnia in a way that is true to the series. |
MustangRider2 9/1/11 . chapter 1I absolutely adore this story! Read it! Added to my favorites. |
 Narniafan96 8/25/11 . chapter 1You want to know what I think?
AWESOME! Honestly, that is a great story!

lily 6/17/11 . chapter 1 I love it! I am a christian too, and I love the fact that you were'nt afaid to put that in your story! thank you! |
ElvenEsme 5/17/11 . chapter 1I love your story, and find it a realistic continuation of The Last Battle from Susan's point of view. To comment on your A.N.: I once had the privilege to hear C.S. Lewis's stepson speak, and he explained why the Chronicles of Narnia is not technically considered an allegory. During the time Lewis was writing, the definition of an allegory was far stricter than it tends to be today. Every single aspect of the original must be represented in the allegory, and vice versa. I was intrigued to learn this, and thought you might be also. |
Early Blessings 1/5/11 . chapter 1Wonderful to see Susan finally realising the Truth! |
lokoforsonic9559 2/11/10 . chapter 1I think that it was too. I also see Jesus in T.C.O.N. I love reading them for that reason, and also because they're amazing stories all by themselves. |
livingandthriving 1/16/10 . chapter 1I always wondered if Susan would remember. This is certainly plausible.
I liked how you pointed out the parallels between Jesus' crucifixion and Aslan's sacrifice on the Stone Table. :) |
