This is interesting. It was more about the friend ranting than anything else - it would be neat to read more about the relationship she has with Draco, and all that jazz. For instance, how did he first react to finding out? Does his family know that they are engaged?

This is an interesting place to start. You could easily build off of it to create a longer story. :)
