You know, you'd think that Nakago would not do that, since it would insure that Yui couldn't summon Seiryu and grant Nakago his wish. Then again, maybe he doesn't care. I'll check in later! ^_^

I'm happy to see that you've updated. I really wanted to see what was going to happen, and I'm glad that I'm satisfied with this. Anyway, the first part with Nakago trying to take advantage of Yui was quite fast I guess. I don't want to assume anything, because I think that you'd give a reason for his action later in the story. I'm glad that Yui had realised that she really loves Suboshi. I would have liked that part a bit more detailed, though (as far as the emotion goes), but it's your story so you can do anything with it. As a matter of fact, you're doing an exceptional job already. Hope you'd update soon.

I was really happy to see you updated in my e-mail when I opened it up tonight. This story is taking an interesting turn. I'll be looking forward to seeing what new adventures Yui will have...and I'm so glad she loves Suboshi. That pairing makes so much sense to me.

Nice chapter. Yes, they might be a little OOC, but this OOC I have to admit I like. You are doing an excellent job with this story. I hope in time you will finish it. I have always liked the Yui/Suboshi pairing...have I already said that...probably.

Don't let Amiboshi complicate it too much. Personally, I'd like to see Amiboshi and Miaka, and Yui and Suboshi...

You are doing an excellent job with the characterization of Yui and Suboshi. I think her reactions are very natural for someone who thinks she has been raped. Suboshi does care a lot for her and Amiboshi's reply to her questions are very natural. I have to admit, every once in a while I considered and Amiboshi/Miaka matchup because he seems much more like a Suzaku warrior. Oops...sorry, I get carried away every once in a while. Back to what I was saying, your story is going quite well Thank you so much for the great job you are doing.

I think you have a wonderful beginning here. Yui was very dark at that point in time. One thing which I hate to say since you so sweetly dedicated this to me:

For the phrase:

the other countries of China have "banned" together

Use "banded" instead of "banned". To ban some one or something means to forbid it...ie... "anime was banned from the dorms during the work week.

"Banded" on the other hand means The two tribes "banded" together to protect each other.

That put aside, your characterization of Yui is right on the mark. I am on the other side from you. I have seen the anime, but have not yet read the manga although I have all 18 volumes now. Yui did resent Miaka a lot and she did think all of her troubles were the fault of Miaka. Suboshi definitely was in love with Yui...very good characterization of Suboshi I think. His goal was to get revenge against Miaka and Tamahome for all that Yui had suffered.

Please continue this story. This has an excellent beginning. I really liked it and I am really very humbled that you dedicated this story to me. Thank you so very much. Please take care.
