Awesome ending! I really liked that twist about Koemi being Kagome's ancestor. And it was so funny when she wondered whether Inuyasha had a brother...somehow I don't think Sesshoumaru would be interested...
I liked the insight this chapter gave on Kikyo's life.

This is a very neat idea, but it would be good to have a little more complication in the plot. Right now, everything has worked way too smoothly! Everyone one is kind of "Ok, cool, there's a new priestess around." I do like your take on Kaede and Kikyo's early life, since we know pretty much nothing about pre-jewel Kikyo.
I look forward to seeing how the villagers react to Koemi's arrival, and how the story ends.

I like the way you treat Kikyo, always - most people either hate Kagome and feel that Kikyo is the ultimate wronged beauty, or love Kagome and feel that Kikyo is the ultimate evil shrew. You have a very reasonable balance. And also I love this story. ^^ More, please!
