I like that your "happy ever after" is not chronolgical, it makes it more interesting. Thank you for your wonderful story. I've read a little bit each day for the last four days and really enjoyed it.

I like that we were able to get some of Harry and Draco's perspective while they were on their mission.

Alright, now that I've learned about Draco's year and a half of "watching over" Hermione, I'm going to have to go back and reread their initial interactions. (I'll wait 'til I'm done though, don't want to mess us the flow.)

It was a bloody briliant letter, I appreciate the thought and care you put into it. I must say this whole Draco/Hermione's parents thing still has me stumped...

"Then Hermione smiled, the first one ever directed at, for and because of, him. It was something strange to behold, how so simple an act could provoke such complicated emotions to course through his veins. Draco felt a small piece of himself lost forever to that moment, to that smile. He refused to lose another piece, but found himself unable to break away from her gaze. Slowly, he felt his face soften – against his will – and he felt another piece of himself threaten to tumble. She keeps smiling, he thought with frustration. Time had ceased to move in normal fashion, and that moment lasted a day or a second."

~ I adore this paragraph. The interaction between your characters is so delicate and tentative, it perfectly captures the turmoil the two must be experiencing while trying to figure each other out.

"Draco choked again and decided he’d had enough orange juice for the day."
~ by the third orange juice sputter I was cracking up :)

I've read this story probably 10 times, its my all time favorite fanfic. I've never read any other story that gives me chills, makes me laugh and makes me cry. You've captured these characters so well and brought them to life, I feel like I've been drawn in and I'm a part of their world. Brava! As I was re-reading this chapter, the song "Glycerine" by Bush came on my ipod and I swear, I had chill bumps the entire time (it came on right before that amazing kiss scene). You are a master, thank you for putting your talents to work with such a beautiful piece for all of us Dramione shippers. xx
