This is sure a different take on the whole Robotech crossover idea, but the angst is being layered on way to thick. I keep looking for my shovel so I can keep it from overflowing from my monitor as I read. I notice this hasn't been updated in some time as well. You need to balance the angst with either some comedy or combat descriptions.

You are an Evil Evil person! leaving this story here for years! How can you just leave Chapter 7 at this cliffhanger?

The Upgrades to systems and space tactics are amazing and I would love to see how this continues but you haven't touched it as far as I can see since 1997?

And you didn't even share how the contest plays out after Ranma runs off. OR The reactions of anyone to seeing someone jump beyond what anyone there aside from maybe the intelligence people who monitered Ranma, that one scientist, Minmei and Nodoka would have any way to believe is possible. I mean even her flight were in attendance and they were never shown anything like that was possible.

Not to mention how the Zentraedi will take it. I mean that is a really powerful song and the way it was performed is bound to have a much greater effect than anything from Minmei in cannon.


Please I beg you find a way to get in touch with your muse to bring about a continuation of this great story!

Wow. Dang you and your cliffhanger (sniffle, sniffle). You definitely had me in tears this last chapter. At several points too. Didn't know what I was asking for during my last review, ne?

Oh yeah, you may want to change the genre for the fic to include angst. I've seen 'Ranma gets raped' fics which were less angst filled than this one.

On a more positive note, I forgot to mention that I really, really like Ranma/Lisa pairings. Which is rather fortunate, since I've never seen a Ranma/Robotech fic which didn't have said pairing.

And that's about that. I said most of what I wanted to say during my last review (well, second to last, technically). Thanks again for the fic and now I REALLY hope to see an update soon.

Really, this was definitely a fun little (well, not so little, really) read. I think I prefer this fic to "Brothers United", although I did enjoy that fic quite a bit as well.

I'm definitely intrigued by the idea that Ranma would push all of his emotions off to his female side, when it comes to trauma. I've seen similar things in other effects, but never something so specific and, well, heart-wrenching. I have seen at least one other fic where something similar happened, though. I believe that, in said instance, Genma killed off all positive emotions from Ranma while he was in his male form and he ended up permanently retreating to his female form. I hope that doesn't happen in this instance, but I also hope you make things realistic. No matter what happens, I doubt Ranma would get anywhere without a LOT of help.

One thing that I would like to compliment you on is the gumption you've needed to have Ranma enjoy female relations while in both his male and female form (forgot to mention this in my previous review). All too often, I've seen fics where Ranma embraces his female side and almost instantly takes an aversion to women. I somehow doubt that Ranma would take an instant dislike to women if (s)he started to become more attached to his/her female form. But I digress...the point is that I'm impressed that you took the less traveled route.

And that's about it. As I said, this has been a fun, fun read and I hope to see more of this fic in the not-so-distant future. Thanks for publishing what you've written so far.
