That was a really great story. You really shouldn't be afraid of being OOC because that was really accurate to me. I have read most of the manga series and I couldn't have written any better on Kyouya's character. In fact, they were all really accurate. Many people write Kyouya totally OOC but you hit the nail on the head with that. You should continue to write because you are really good.

The American Red Cross has CPR with 30 to 2. Meaning Thirty Chest compressions to every 2 breaths. You tilt the head back, listen for breathing, then proceed to 30 to 2 until they spit the water up, etc and they are *breathing* on their own again. It's up to the first responder to initiate 911 or not, with children it's mandatory to call before starting CPR, with adults it's an option to do so before or two minutes into CPR (assuming you're alone an no one else can call for you). With this group, they would have called for their personal Doctor anyway.

Sorry, I don't mean to sound critical, you did a great job. Especially for not knowing the proper methods of RPC. ^_^

*looks for Chapter Two* ...Wait. That was all? Oh, yea, it did kind of say "Completed". Damn. *starts tearing up* Why did it have to end so soon!? And why did the typical, stupid me, think that there was actually a chapter two when I had known all along it was completed...!? *crys uncontrollably*

Yeah.. so anyways. *says all this randomly* Deffiantly no "general suckage". I think this was so awesome it should be a chaptered story. So want to see this in an episode, especially the CPR part ((deffiantly the CPR!! x3)) And yea... that's about it. ^^

It would be interesting to see this continued and yet, it's a beautiful story all it's own. A delight to read! Thank you for writing it.

^__^ I like this fic The characters seem in character, and you managed to make it humorous, cute, and somewhat fluffy. I can totally imagine some scenes as a part of the actual anime :D and I greatly appreciated the fact that you hinted something between Haruhi and Kyouya without horrible obvious sappy cliches.
