Ohmigosh. I wrote a story with the same title as this a while ago, and I was showing my friend how to use the search engine just now to find things using it as an example.

But then I found this instead, and I was very impressed. It's being added to my c2 (Delicious Cake) because I do not just like it. I love it.

This is the first story in a really long time that's made me tear up. I can't even remember the last time I've teared up in a story; that you managed it shows just how good this is.

I'm one of those people who knew it was a tragedy but couldn't say more. I didn't know anyone there; the only peson I know from New York has never spoken of it. The video of the towers and the people jumping always gave me chills, but I always pushed it out of my mind. I guess I didn't want to think about stories like this, stories that would make everything much worse and make me feel anything close to the horror that everyone else felt...

This is really, really good. Seriously. I can't say how good this is; words fail me. It upsets me, but I'm glad for it; I'm glad I came across this and read it, and was shown a side of something I had refused to see by something I didn't think could be related. If there was anything greater than a "Favorite Stories" list I could give you, I would; but there isn't, and so I just hope this review is enough. This story deserves much more, though. And so do you.
