This is quite clever and interesting even though I don't agree 100% with your interpreation/extrapolation of Sturgis' thought processes. He wa a difficult character to know and not all that much has been written about him. Janlaw (1/2 of McRose).

I really liked this story. I missed most of that episode, but I did see the part where Mac made her confession...and I was a little lost. This helps it makes sense...They needed a scene like this in the actual show.
