Hopefully there is more to this story as well. Why haven't I ever read all of these in the past? Well, the Scrum story I have but still...

oh... these are really great scenes. You're doing such a great job illustrating the silent communication going on between the two of them. Of the 4 chapters so far, my favorite is Ch2 when Brennan is cold and he forgets about being stubborn and is all sweet to her. -sigh- :D

Can I just say that her internal misunderstanding of what was bothering him made me laugh. The whole coffee versus water thing...really cute. Good for her at winning that round.
