You know, it's a while since I read this, but I still can't get over the fact that you wrote such an excellent piece while a) feeling frustrated and b) hating the character you're writing about. I've said it before but I'll say it again - you really give the 'Dimwit' a mind and a heart here. Lovely stuff, well written and -dare I say it - very empathetic :)

Just finished reading this (read the other T-Bird 3 work beforehand) and man, this is some damn good stuff! ( I just know some of that will be censored..) Have you ever thought of doing other introspective pieces on underused characters? I wouldn't mind seeing some stuff on Doug Ramsey, Dazzler, or Longshot, if you're in anyway up for suggestions. Please continue the very excellent work!

Ooooh, yes. Yes, yes, yes. I'd read and review this just because it's about one of my favourites, who's been used *far* too little. To top it all, it's *good*. Thanks a lot; I needed this one. FINALLY someone who writes about Neal Shaara! And to write something like this as well! I have to admit that it's not the way I think Neal feels about the X-Men, but that doesn't really matter, does it? This is a good fic anyway.

A Neal story. Not a lot of those and you explained the name in a fairly decent manner - better than Marvel. More less used characters!
