This is the best Common Ground tag I've read.

I can totally picture that scene. Anyway, this story was incredible - very descriptive, that nervous panic eating away at him, and yet at the same time, the sort of detachment from it. Great story. Great job.

that was excellent. I felt so sad for John and his panic attack, but it really was a well-done way of showing the after effects of the whole situation. Well written too and nice Mckay Sheppard moment at the end :)

Very glad the manager of a C2 i watch thought to add this. I somehow missed it the first go around.

and that would have been a pity. because it's the best CG tag i've read. truly. you managed to stay very canon-esque but made it realer. there is no way John would have been unaffected by what happened and your descriptions of his reactions and the team's were so spot on. the image of Carson rubbing his back while John cried- oh! it had me wibbling. not an easy thing to do, mind you! and your Rodney was perfection personified.

What a wonderful SGA debut story from you. There's no way the series can spend the time to show this kind of reaction so your tag was perfect and the observation of all the participants was excellent. John couldn't walk away as unscathed as time in the programme dictated so this filled a gap very nicely.

Wow, that was incredible. An "all in one" and more. :D Loved the way you used the present tense, really made it stand out. If only the cast/crew hadn't left Common Ground so open...still, this made a great tag/end to Common Ground.
