I just found you fic and whoa man do I love it! But what is with the cliffy? You can't leave me hanging here forever, my arms aren't that strong. I love your story, great writing and you have an amazing plot. I can't wait for more so please update soon! In the meantime I will be taking a look at your other fics.

Loved this latest chapter.So much uncertainty for Sam and so much worry. I loved that you included Missouri in the story. She's great and I wish she were in the show more. So awful for Dean to be unable to stop the demon from hurting innocents. It goes against everything he stands for and for him to pick a victim to save another would be agony, literally. Excellent!

Favorite parts:

“You’re probably right,” Missouri agreed. “But you just be very careful, Sam. It’ll be fine if your brother isn’t possessed – but if he is, even the love Dean has for you won’t let him protect you.” - I LOVE that Missouri points out to Sam that Dean loving him can't stop the demon.

Sam said nothing, biting his lip slightly. He was beginning to wonder if Dean even did love him anymore. He swallowed, feeling close to tears again – but crying definitely wasn’t going to help his brother.

Not at all.

“Don’t ever doubt the fact that Dean loves you,” Missouri told Sam in a slightly scolding tone. “Your brother’s too stubborn to admit it himself, but he really needs you around. You’re not going to give up on him.” - I LOVE this reassurance to Sam that Dean does love him and to not give up on him. Just made me go "YAY!

Sam recognised Missouri’s words as the order they were, and closed his eyes for a moment. “I’m not gonna give up on him,” he agreed. She doesn’t have to tell me that. If our positions were reversed, Dean would never give up on me – he’d do anything to find out what was going on and how to stop it. I can’t and won’t do any different.

“You just hang in there, Sam,” Missouri continued. “And remember – you’re not alone. You’re never alone. I’ll see you soon.”



Easy prey is exactly what I’m looking for, the demon replied. You can’t save her, so don’t even try – or I’ll hurt your brother.

Dean lowered his head, knowing that – for now – he was powerless. If it had to be a choice between his brother and a total stranger, he would choose his brother – every time.

And the demon was fully aware of that.

Hi, Great story with so many questions, will Dean be able to protect Sammy? Will John return? Will the demon get what it deserves? Can't wait for the next update. x

ah, that's got to stink, but what can you do? Dean probably made the best choice, at least she got to live a full life.

Aghh, stupid demon. What a dick. XD

Poor Sammy, at least when their dad was possessed they had both of them and the colt, and even then they almost didn't make it out alive.

I sure hope Missouri can confirm to Sam that Dean is indeed possessed. Nice chapter. I'm interested in what's gonna happen next!

AMAZING story! Dean's struggle is so real and believable. His helplessness and his strength to defeat the demon is so wonderfully real!

And, for a few moments, Dean was overwhelmed with the most intense longing. He wanted nothing more than to tell Sammy that he was going to be all right – that everything would be fine.

But he couldn’t. Nothing would be fine now. Not unless the demon let him go.

And that wasn’t going to happen.

What the demon had managed to do in regards to manipulating Dean’s mind scared the man. He’d never been possessed before, and had never realised just what it had to mean for the victim.

Now, he had a front view.



“Leave him alone!” Dean yelled.

I told you. Don’t try to give me orders, the demon replied.

“If you have to hurt someone, hurt me,” Dean said, trying to draw the demon’s attention away from Sam and onto him. “There’s a lot here you can work with. You think Sam’s life was messed up? You haven’t seen mine yet.”

Don’t worry – I’ll get to you.

Sammy needed some time away from us… Dean thought. I don’t blame him for it at all.

Sure you do, the demon replied. You forget – I can see your thoughts now. You are unhappy with your brother. You think that he shouldn’t have abandoned you and your dad. It makes you mad…

“No!” Dean yelled. “You hear me, you son of a **?!”

Sam’s head instantly jerked up, and Dean saw him look around the motel room wildly. “Did you hear that?” he asked.

Oh my God Sammy! You've gotta figure out that Dean's possessed and save him! Aww, this chapter was so sad. You write Dean's pain very well.

I also had to reread the first three chapters to remember what was going on because you updated so long ago XD LOL wonderful fic you've got here! I'm looking forward to more.
