The characterizations of Sara and Gil were believable and the device of a keepsake box triggered memories of my own. (None so bad as Sara's, thankfully.) Well done. And, just because this made me smile: "...he didn’t understand her passion for occasional pillows but if that was what she wanted, he’d back a truck up to Bed Bath and Beyond." |
