“Do you have to be such an asshole about it, Artemis?” The way he said it, meant James knew exactly what had happened.

Artemis considered. “Yes,” he said, and hung up.

*squeak of dismay* No, Arty! Go back to your OTT!! ^_^

Since I again forgot to say something that I meant to in the previous review: Yes, blond, black, brown is an unbelievably hot color scheme. ^_^

It's good to know that Alex and Artemis will definitely have each other even after James is gone. I just love complicated relationships, don't you? ^_^

And threesomes... Yum. :D

You did an absolutely fantastic job with the character's dynamics, m'dear. Epically fucking amazing!! ^_^

I love how James plays them both during the chess match. Especially the, “Artemis, Alex is beating you at chess.” *grin*

I love the kisses between the three of them, how they're always entangled throughout that scene. :D

And I love how Artemis is so hesitant, so careful.

"Stiffly, Artemis got to his feet and came to perch on the duvet beside James. Laughing, the boy pulled him down by the neck for a kiss as Alex, eyed wide, came to kneel beside them on the bed, hands shaking as the undid the clasp of Artemis’ belt."

Is it possible to say "cute" and "hot" at the same time? Whatever. As long as I can think them at the same time. ^_^

The final scene for this chapter equals absolute fucking love in my mind. Seriously, seriously awesome. I love the kiss, and Artemis' realization that Alex has fallen for him.

Hm, I forgot to say last chapter, but don't expect any flames from me for this story. None at all. ^_^

"James was sardonic, Alex was dry, and Artemis was cold. Fine distinctions, but fine enough to put his teeth on edge if it hadn’t been for the people he was with."

The descriptions of the three boys is /fantastic/! I love how that sums them all up, and put together... well. That is overload of awesomeness, now, isn't it? ^_^

I love how Alex and Artemis end up teaming up against James while playing Cheat. And, y'know, it took me a bit to figure out what Cheat even was. We call it BS. lol.

I love the sections in italics, and Alex and James' relationship, and how Alex reacts to James kissing Artemis.

Okay, I'll admit it - I just really love this fic. :D

Though, might I suggest that you peruse the snazzy new crossover feature so that we at the AR fandom may enjoy this as well? ^_^

Hey there! This is totally awesome! I love this pairing! Good job with the portrayal of the relationship - it seemed to fit well with how dysfunctional they all are in their own way.

I've never actually read a threesome pairing that I could genuinely see happening while keeping everything believable - at least not on the deeper emotional level this fic deals with, anyway. So I started reading this wondering whether it would be completely my thing or not (but I just couldn't resist a pairing like that!), only to find that Artemis, Alex and James are remarkably true to themselves. Not once did I find events unrealistic, and I feel incredibly glad you chose to write from Artemis' point of view: I can imagine writing him would be pretty tough in and of itself, but putting him in a threesome with Alex and James, writing from his perspective and /still/ keeping him in character is amazing, and it certainly made the story a hell of a lot more interesting. Not only that, but this is extremely well-written; if my concentration span weren't so bad, I reckon I would have read it straight through because the chapters flowed so well together.

... But this review really isn't coming out how I want it to, so I'll just finish it here. I know this was written a long time ago, but my addiction means I still have to ask... Do you think you'll write any of the pairings that appear in this fic again?

Thanks for your time and effort,
~Schermionie.

wow. this was such a weird fic!
dont get me wrong, weird in an insanely good way, but still quite odd. I think it's your writing style, where we don't always quite know what's going on, or why it is, and ... whatever ...
and seriously ... ... ... I don't even know. I'm at a loss for words :P
but it was really good, I liked it alot.

*stalked you from ElJay* So, I’m nor in Artemis Fowl nor in Alex Rider fandoms, but I like and read both series. You have no idea how glad I am to see I’m not the only one who thought they would make a great crossover pairing :D Until now I just considered it as a weird fantasy of my twisted mind. Now I totally want to poke a bit those fandoms to see if they’re fun and it’s all because of you~

I have to admit that I didn’t remember James, so thank you for that note in chapter three. IMO, threesome are very hard to write but you’ve done a great job here! Because you slowly build the relationship, and describe how all three find their place in the pairing, like a puzzle. And it's very well written. *off to read your other A/As*

I'm not entirely sure if I already reviewed this; if I didn't, then I'll let you know that this is probably the best fanfic I've ever read. Not out of the Alex Rider and/or Artemis Fowl genres, but like... out of /all/ the ones I've read.
I've read alot of fanfics. Many made me cry. Many I've read over and over and over again. Many I have saved.
But this one is by far the best. It's so emotional, and I dunno if it was intended, but I thought it was also dark in a way.
I love the relationships between them, just the way the /talk/, and I simply love the whole damn thing.
If I already /did/ review this... well, I just said it again. x3
Best thing ever.

Finally found this thing...Excelent. Best Artemis Fowl Pairing (and yes, that did warrant a capitalisation) ever. Best romance I've had for a while. Certainly deserves more recognition than 42 reviews (but that's quite a bit for 3 chapters). Great love dears...

The entire time I was reading this story, I kept thinking, trying to dissect Alex, Artemis and James' dynamic because I didn't understand how three different people could stand each others' company. I mean, Alex and Artemis is unusual enough, but James?! There's hardly any mention of him in the Alex Rider books! Since James was a minor character and not nearly as fleshed out as Alex, or even Jack, I wasn't sure what to expect from his character. Still, you managed to make his character believable and interesting, acting as the mediator between Alex and Artemis. Both of them had always seemed to me as a bit cold because of their detachment from society, Alex because of his experiences thanks to MI6, and Artemis because he's a genius. Overall, the dynamic between the three was fascinating, and still left me thinking long after the story was finished. Nice job!
