Loved it. I think this is a better picture of Hinamori's character than other fics present. I gotta agree she really isn't that weak like she is presented in other fics. Although, I will admit I often forget cuz all you ever see is fics about her being lifeless and crying cuz of Aizen's betrayal.

This is canon to me. Even if it was just about the fight for you, thank you for putting in all the rest.

JUST. YES. Hinamori's always struck me as that sort of a girl. When she believed Hitsugaya had killed Aizen, did she calmly and meekly ask him if this was so? No. She GOT OUT HER SWORD AND ATTACKED!

Er, if you haven't gotten it yet, I love your characterisation of Hinamori. ^^

Love it. Best part is, in my opinion, all the hitsuhina is implied. I swear, I spent the entire fic waiting for the 'because I love you, Hinamori!' like in all the other fics. But, there wasn't, and for some reason that makes it just that much better^^

DAMN! It ended. Just as it got interesting too. I don't know why, but I really liked the little fight scene. It was sad, and kinda cute in a messed-up way.

Haha! Now THAT'S a kind of interaction you never see between these two. And, the way I see it, it's wholly probable. You're right; she did get up to go kick his ass even though she wasn't entirely sure about the whole situation. There's no way Hinamori is as weak as people think. She IS a vice captain after all. You don't get that seat unless you got some serious oomph.

it's a nice change of pace to the usual hitsu/hina fic and it's very very well written.

Very good story- a believeable recovery for Hinamori, and I think you did the characterisation beautifully.
