dude that was cool. heroes was great last night. peter is my fav & i love the whole issue wit him & his bro. it was kinda slashy when he told his mom how connected they were; funny when she slapped him.

Nathan did accidently drop Peter then the episode faded to black and said to be continued. I had the same idea as you that if the powers are genetic then shouldnt Peter have them too? And thats why Peter tells his brother that he believes Nathan will be the only one to understand what hes going through.
